We’re Rodrigo and Lizzie, founders of Café Mendoza. Our journey began on a 2019 trip to London, where the dream of opening a coffee shop first started. What began as an idea became something deeper, a vision to build a life and business centered around people, hospitality, and meaningful moments.

Coffee became Rodrigo’s passion, and Lizzie has always loved matcha. Over time, that shared appreciation for craft, flavor, and experience shaped how we think about what we serve and why we serve it.

That dream evolved into Café Mendoza, a mobile coffee experience created to meet people where life is happening.

From weddings and church gatherings to corporate events and private celebrations, we bring thoughtfully crafted coffee and a calm, intentional presence to every setting. We care about the details, but even more, we care about how people feel when they are with us.

No two events are the same, and that is something we love. Every experience is designed with care, shaped around the moment, and served with consistency and heart.
